If we could magically look down on our lives, we would that see each of us travels in a unique “social convey,” making and maintaining intimate and casual relationships along the way. Some people are with us for the whole journey, others for specific periods of time. This view from above enables individuals to access hidden resources, companies to spur innovation, and problem-solvers–in small groups or countries–to be successful.
